In recent years, the complaints from citizens about the odour problem are continuously increasing, indicating that odour issues in cities need to be urgently addressed. In Hong Kong, the frequent stench emanating from the waterfront in Tsuen Wan also has aroused public attention and has prompted the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) to take decisive action. Hong Kong Environmental Protection Department conducted a series of investigations with Sapiens' sensor to find out the source of the stench. Collaborative Odour Surveillance at the Hong Kong Shenzhen Border Interface
