The Northern Link (NOL) railway network is a complex infrastructure artery threading directly through dense urban sections and eco-sensitive rural fringes. Alongside San Tin Technopole, the Northern Link construction stands as one of the debut benchmark projects required to implement and operate under Hong Kong's newly enhanced EM&A manual guidelines. MTR and their environmental consultants, AUES, needed highly reliable on-site sensors that could meet these new, tighter tracking guidelines from day one.
